You can get started with Lycamobile by following these easy steps:

Step 1:
Register and activate your SIM at your local retailer.
You will require personal identification to complete your registration.

Step 2:
Insert your Lycamobile SIM card into your mobile and switch it on.

Step 3:
You can now make and receive calls, and send texts from your Lycamobile.

You can buy Lycamobile top-up vouchers from your local retailer or online at www.lycamobile.co.za
The voucher will show a PIN either printed on it or underneath a scratch panel.

To top up your balance using your Lycamobile in South Africa either:
Enter *101*pin# and press send.
Follow the instructions.

To Top-up your balance from another phone, or while you are abroad:
Dial +27654001101 and follow the instructions.

To check your Lycamobile balance in South Africa, either:
Enter *136# on your Lycamobile, press send, and follow the instructions. Your balance will be shown on your mobile phone screen.

To check your Lycamobile balance while you are abroad:
Dial +27654001101 and follow the instructions.

Your Lycamobile Voicemail service has been automatically activated. Using your Lycamobile voicemail you can:
Listen to messages left for you.
Record a personalised welcome message.
Select your preferred language.

Access your voicemail from your Lycamobile in South Africa:
Dial 132.

Access your voicemail from abroad:
Dial +27654001121 and follow the instructions.

You can view your Lycamobile number on your mobile screen. To have your Lycamobile number displayed:
Dial *102#.

You can use your Lycamobile to make and receive calls and send SMS’ in a large number of other countries.
